Tregubova graduated from the Moscow State Academy Arts School in 2001, the Theater and Stage Design department.   In 2008, she graduated from the RATI – GITIS (the Department of Stage Design, Dmitry Krymovs’ master shop).    
She works at the Laboratory since the day of its foundation. She is Chief Artist of the Laboratory since 2009.   
She was engaged in the design of several performances: “The Sales” (2006) – together with Vera Martynova; “The Cow” (2007) together with Vera Martynova and Ethel Ioshpa; she also took part in production of the performance “The Daemon.  A Look from the Top”(2006). She designed the performance “Opus #7” (2008) together with Vera Martynova and performance “Tararabumbia” (2010). As an actress, she plays in the performance “Sir Vantes. Donky Hot.”  She was also engaged in the performance “Undertales” (2004) which presently is not on the stage any more. 
She has designed about 20 performances in Moscow, Lipetsk, Serpukhov, Nizhny Novgorod, and Odessa. These include:  “Notes of a Russian Traveler” by E. Grishkovets (“The School of Modern Plays”), Director I. Reihelgauz, 1999; “Destructive Advice”
by G. Oster (“The School of Modern Plays”), Director A. Andreyev, 2002, 
“A House of Women” by A. Demakhin (“The School of Modern Plays”), Directors B. Karavayev and F. Los, 2005.  She also was awarded with the Grand Prix for creation of the Russia’s Pavillion at the Prague Quadriennale, the All-World Exhibit of Stage Design and Theater Architecture, in 2007 (along with other members of the Laboratory).  

She is Laureate of the Golden Mask Award in the nominations “The Best Theater Artist” for the stage design of the performance “Opus #7” (2010) and “Drama/Costume Designer” for the design of the performance “Tararabumbia” (2011).  At the Alexandrinsky Theater, she has designed the "Your Gogol" performance (Director Valery Fokin, 2011).
