Anna Vishnyakova was born in 1983 in the Urals, in a small city of Nizhnyayay Salda; her initial musical education she got there. In 2003, she graduated cum laude from the Tagil Musical College and was enrolled in the St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, Department of the Academy Choir. In 2008, already with a Diploma of Academy Choir Conductor/Teacher, she passed the entrance examinations to post-graduate school (the specialty of “Theory and Practice of Education (Music)), of which she presently is a student. She is currently working on a thesis on “Musical Development of an Actor in the Process of His/Her Professional Formation.”
Since 2000, Vishnyakova is engaged in educational, coaching and regent activities.
Since 2006, she performs and takes part in various projects, concerts, festivals. Since 2006, she sings at the Elion Ensemble. As a Member of this ensemble, she participated in Andrey Moguchy’s performances “Petersburg” after A. Bely’s novel (2006) and “The Ivans” after N. Gogol’s story “How Ivan Ivanovich Quarreled with Ivan Nikiforovich” and other N. Gogol’s stories. Since 2007, she has been leading vocal rehearsals for “The Ivans” performance.
Since 2008, she has been teaching theoretical disciplines of the School of the Russian Traditional Culture complex program at the House of Youth Creativity (the folklore and ethnography section).
In 2008, as a member of the Ethnograd Ensemble, she represented St. Petersburg in an international project “The Young Russian Culture in Venice.”
In 2008, as a member of the Elion Ensemble, she took part in the Open World Festival in the U.S., New Orleans.
In 2009, she received higher pedagogical qualification in innovative approaches to teaching talented children.
In 2010, Director Andrey Moguchy invited Anna Vishnyakova to take part in his broad-scale theater project: Vishnyakova is Conductor and Musical Director of the children performance “The Fortune.”
