The play "To the Mountains After You" is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the World War II.

In the center of the play "To the Mountains Behind You" is the story of love overcoming national differences, ideology, politics and time. The fates of the heroes are intertwined against the backdrop of tragic events, in the orbit of which the whole country, which stood up "to fight to the death" against fascism, and the Chechen people, who lived through exile and Stalinist repression, were drawn.

Having met in the war, the heroes of the play find love, which is destined to pass through all trials and overcome all obstacles. The play uses diaries and memories of people of different nationalities who survived the hardships of the war years, hunger and the cold of exile, repression of so-called "enemies of the people", the cruelty of Stalin's punitive machine, the feeling of hopelessness and despair of its victims.

The action of the play describes the events of ten years. Each time passage leaves its indelible trace in the souls of the characters.

The author of the idea and director of the play "To the Mountains After You" is Akhmadova Khava Lolievna - Soviet and Russian actress, theater director, TV director, TV presenter, poetess, singer, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Chechen Republic, Honored Art Worker of the Chechen Republic, Artistic Director of the Chechen State Drama Theatre named after Hero of the Soviet Union Khanpasha Nuradilov, Chairman of the Chechen branch of the Chechen Theater Department of the Russian Federation, member of the Guild of Theater Directors of Russia, member of the Guild of Theater Managers of Russia.

The play is performed in Russian.
