Director of the performance THE End, PERFORMANCE
He studied at the Latvian University at the Department of Pedagogic and Psychology and at the Latvian Academy of Culture at the drama director course, professor Mara Kimele’s class.
Since 2011, he is M.A. student at the Latvian Academy of Culture mastering in the Theatre Arts. In 2009, he was on internship in Krakow, Krystian Lupa’s class at Panstwowa Wyzsza Szkola Teatralna im. Ludwika Solskiego.
Elmar Senkov’s debut performances Still Life (2009) and Confession (2010) were nominated for the Award of the Latvian Theatre Festival “The Night of Play Actors – 2010.” In 2011, Elmar Senkov received the Grand-Prix of the “Patriarch’s Autumn” Festival for his performance The Puppies.
