Khava Akhmadova's work was a bright page in the history of Chechen theater art. X. Khava Akhmadova entered the acting department of the Chechen State University in 1989. By that time the novice actress had already performed with great success in the current repertoire of the Nuradilov Theatre. In the war and subsequent years X. Akhmadova directed the theater-studio "Az" created by her, which showed performances in refugee camps in Ingushetia.
In 2007 she was appointed artistic director of the State Theater and Concert Hall. In 2009 Khava Akhmadova created a new youth theater "Serlo". Many of her productions became events during the five years of the youth troupe's activity (2009-2014) up to its joining the theater named after Khanpasha Nuradilov. Khanpasha Nuradilov Theater. The only woman director in the republic, she managed to breathe new life into the activities of the Khanpasha Nuradilov Chechen State Drama Theatre in a short period of time, having taken over its leadership in October 2014. Over the years, Khava Akhmadova has staged more than thirty plays, theatrical performances and theatrical and concert programmes.
Many works by Khava Akhmadova have been awarded diplomas and prizes of international and regional theater festivals.
Khava Akhmadova's play "To the Mountains Behind You" staged at the Khanpasha Nuradilov Chechen State Drama Theatre will be shown in the program of the XIV International Alexandrinsky Theatre Festival on September 26, 2023.
