Born in 1993 in Ukhta, Komi Republic. In 2015, he graduated from Ukhta State Technical University, specializing in Management.
In 2017, he completed advanced training at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on an additional professional program "Management in the sphere of culture".
In 2019 he graduated from Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin. Pitirim Sorokin State University, specialty - "Cultural Studies".
Since 2011 - Head of the amateur association of the Municipal Autonomous Institution "City Palace of Culture" of the municipal formation of the Ukhta Urban District.
Since 2013 - Deputy General manager of the Municipal Autonomous Institution "City Palace of Culture" of Ukhta Municipal District.
Since 2015 – General manager of the Municipal Autonomous Institution "City Palace of Culture" of Ukhta Municipal District.
From October 2016 to April 2021 - Minister of Culture, Tourism and Archiving of the Komi Republic.
Since April 2021 – General manager of the National Drama Theater of Russia (Alexandrinsky Theatre).
Since 2018 he has been the Chairman of the Coordination Council for Culture of North-West Russia.
Awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Culture of the Komi Republic, the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of National Policy of the Komi Republic, the Certificate of Merit of the Komi Republic, the Acknowledgement of the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation.
